When you send us your inventory, it goes through a thorough receiving process. We scan each and every UPC into our system to ensure accuracy and inspect the inventory to make sure it is free from defects. After your inventory is received, we create a memo notifying you of any possible issues. Possible issues could include receiving damaged inventory, receiving inventory that does not match the bill of lading or missing inventory.
Another vital aspect of our order fulfillment services includes storing your inventory at a specified location. Depending on the product, it would be stored on a pallet, shelf or in a bin. We would log the location of the inventory in our database to provide for seamless picking when it comes time to fill your order.
Software Integration
We integrate with multiple shopping carts and marketplace platforms. Some of the most common shopping carts we integrate with include Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify and BigCommerce just to name a few. We also integrate with Amazon and Walmart Marketplace
Picking your order
When your customer places an order, the order gets routed to our order fulfillment specialist. From there, we print out a packing slip and pick the product from its designated location. As mentioned, the order would be picked from a pallet, shelf or bin depending on the type of product.
Packing and Shipping Process
After your order is picked, it gets conveyed for packing. The packing slip gets scanned to pull up the order and the product gets scanned into our system to ensure accuracy. Afterwards, we select the best possible rate. We ship via USPS and FedEx and you may use our negotiated rates to take advantage of our low prices or provide your own carrier account for us to use. The product is carefully packed into an appropriate carton and then sealed and held in a secure environment for carrier pickup.

When assembling your box, we’ll send you a photo of how the products are arranged, as well as photos of how they look in the box and with the box closed. Upon approval, we’ll begin to assemble your box and you’ll be able to track the order in your account dashboard.
Whether you are assembling multi-packs or removing the bulk packing material, we’ll make sure to remove any unnecessary wrapping or packaging and repack to your liking while we put together your kit.. We have the flexibility to remove manufacturer labels or apply custom packaging. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) Prep
Whether your products are enrolled in the small & light program or must be shrink-wrapped onto several pallets and ship by the truckload, we’ll be there to make sure your FBA Shipment Plan is executed in an orderly manner.
We’ll prepare your inventory in compliance with Amazon’s FBA guidelines and inform you of the procedures used every step of the way. Depending on the product, you may need to individually bubblewrap or poly-bag them in kits. We examine the plan thoroughly and prepare the inventory in accordance with FBA guidelines, including applying ASIN labels. Your order will be prepared to the highest standards, ready for pick-up from one of Amazon’s partnered carriers.
Importing from Asia? We’re able to offer quality control and inspection services from our Los Angeles Facility. Save on freight costs by having your goods inspected, in-bounded and prepped from the West Coast.
Transporting imported goods across the country can be cost prohibitive due to diesel fuel and other transportation costs. Having the goods inspected in Los Angeles makes for a sensible solution.
